Lartico Inc. connects owners of home care agencies with screened buyers through private introductions. Agency owners do not pay Lartico Capital. An introduction may also be governed by separate written agreements, such as confidentiality agreements and buyer agreements. If those agreements conflict with these terms, they control.

Lartico Capital is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or securities intermediary, and does not act as an advisor or agent to any buyer or seller. We do not guarantee that any buyer will express interest, that any offer will be made, or that any transaction will close. Nothing on the site is an offer or a binding commitment, and any transaction is subject to a written agreement between the parties.

3. Informational content only
