ABOUT LARTICO CAPITAL
Healthcare M&A, built around the owner.
Lartico Capital is a US healthcare M&A advisory focused on two segments: home care and behavioral health. We connect founder-owned practices with qualified institutional buyers, privately, one introduction at a time.
WHO WE ARE
A focused advisory, not a listing service
Lartico Capital works on the buy side of healthcare transactions. We source acquisition opportunities for a screened network of more than 50 healthcare private equity firms, family offices, and strategic acquirers that are actively looking for home care and behavioral health practices across the United States.
Because we focus on only two segments, the buyers we work with already understand payer mix, credentialing, survey history, CPOM structures, and authorization utilization before the first conversation. Owners never have to explain their industry.
We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or securities intermediary. We introduce practice owners to qualified institutional buyers in private transactions, and the buyer pays our fee at close.
HOW WE WORK
Principles that shape every introduction
Confidentiality first
No public listings, no blast emails, no financials circulated. Every introduction is one-to-one and approved by the owner before anything is shared.
Two segments, nothing else
Home care and behavioral health. Depth in two segments beats shallow coverage of twenty, for both owners and buyers.
No cost to owners
The buy side pays us at close. No retainer, no exclusivity, no tail. If a deal never happens, the owner owes nothing.
The owner's timeline
Some owners act this year, some in three years, some never. A conversation about what a practice is worth to a buyer today is valuable either way.
WHERE WE FOCUS
Two specialities, one network of buyers
Home Care
Non-medical home care, home health, and hospice-adjacent providers. Buyers look for caregiver retention, referral diversity, and clean compliance history.

Behavioral Health
Mental health clinics, ABA therapy, and addiction treatment. Buyers look for clinician stability, payer contracts, and documentation quality.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What owners ask about us
What does Lartico Capital do?+
Lartico Capital introduces owners of home care and behavioral health practices to qualified institutional buyers, including healthcare private equity firms, family offices, and strategic acquirers. We work on the buy side: the buyer pays our fee at close, and practice owners pay nothing.
Is Lartico Capital a business broker?+
No. We do not list practices publicly, run auctions, or represent sellers for a fee. We source acquisition opportunities for a defined group of healthcare buyers and make an introduction only when a practice genuinely matches what a buyer is looking for.
What types of practices does Lartico work with?+
We focus exclusively on two segments: home care (including home health and hospice-adjacent providers) and behavioral health (including mental health clinics, ABA therapy, and addiction treatment). We work with founder-owned practices across the United States.
How much does it cost to work with Lartico?+
Nothing for the practice owner, at any stage. The buy side pays us a percentage of the transaction at close. There is no retainer, no listing fee, no tail, and no exclusivity agreement.
